Group training is a fun and cost effective way of training with other Snow Performance athletes. This provides athletes and parents an opportunity to stay in touch in the off season whilst maintaining continuity with the ski clubs’ engagement with members over the warmer months.
Sunday Morning Dryland
Sunday morning is when we have clubs from all over Victoria come together for training. Our outdoor training classes are excellent for athletes as young as 6 and as old as 12. These classes are perfect for developing youth athlete skills whilst providing games and challenges with each other. Classes are available during the school terms 1,2 and 4.

Weekly Classes
After school every week day during the school term and at the SP Gym in Richmond. Strength and power is the main aim for these classes. A maximum of 8 athletes ensures quality coaching and guidance. Athletes can purchase 4, 8 or 12 classes but for the committed athletes we recommend the SP membership for unlimited classes.

2 on 1 training
Got a friend or 2 that you would like to train with? Our small group training option caters for up to 4 athletes with a trainer and can be a time of your choice outside the dedicated classes. This is a perfect blend of close attention from your coach, cost effectiveness and the flexibility of time that you can arrange with your friends or colleagues.
