Snow Performance offers a tailored strength and conditioning program for athletes from the ages of 10 years old that follows the long-term athlete development model (L.T.A.D). This model describes how we alter training methods from early physical literacy through puberty and to elite performance in early adulthood.

Training will commence with a movement screen to assess fundamental movements. Initial program will involve an individual focus on any weaknesses or structural abnormalities that may be impacting performance.

S&C programs aim to:

  • Develop correct lifting techniques and movement patterns
  • Improve sports specific movements
  • Improve strength and power
  • Optimise speed and agility
  • Enhance appropriate conditioning components for performance
  • Address athlete specific strengths and weaknesses.
