REMOTE TRAINING
Remote high performance management uses powerful software to deliver and monitor a fully periodised training program including weekly and monthly schedules, daily strength training plans, mobility and warm up suggestions, recovery protocols, an annual plan with key performance indicators and access to all testing records.
This is all in the cloud and accessed from PC, Mac, iPhone or android devices that can be edited by the athletes and monitored by the coach.

Anton Grimus is an Australian Ski Cross athlete, a high-speed, action-packed discipline.
